Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Guests who do not show, cancel, or request to reschedule within 24 hours of their appointment will be charged 50 percent of the scheduled service total. This policy ensures that our team has the opportunity to accommodate other clients and make the best use of our time and resources.
